Mr. Howard practices in the areas of insurance defense, primarily in construction defect litigation and defense of bodily injury claims. His practice includes defending individuals and corporate entities against claims involving breach of contract, motor vehicle accidents, as well as premises and product liability.

Background
Mr. Howard was born and raised in the Chicago area. He is licensed to practice in Washington State and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. Prior to joining Reed McClure in the spring of 2006, Mr. Howard worked for over four years as an insurance defense attorney in the Seattle area, handling litigation matters including construction defect, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
In 2009, he defended an admitted liability, personal injury trial in King County Superior Court that resulted in a jury verdict of approximately $1 million less than the plaintiffs sought. His current practice focuses on complex litigation matters with a primary emphasis on construction litigation and insurance defense work. Mr. Howard's litigation experience includes defending developers, general contractors, subcontractors, public transit organizations, security companies, and various other individuals and corporate entities.
